I just installed the Windows desktop app. Why can I not see my GitHub Copilot web and CLI chats in the Windows app? With Codex, I can seamlessly switch between interacting with either the CLI and desktop apps. For example, if a session was started in the desktop app, I could resume it in the CLI and vice versa.

Research direction
Begin at the /chat entry point in the Windows desktop app and trace how its sessions differ from GitHub Copilot web and CLI chats. Compare the desktop, web, and CLI session behavior; done means a chat started in one supported client can be found and resumed in the others.
