Description
**Mood:** 😊
**Category:** Requests and ideas
Add an ability to view/disable skills agents mcp that are specific to the given project.
For example, one of my repost have too many skills and agents and they pollute context a lot. I don't need all of them, I would like to disable these that I am not going to use.
In another repo I have bunch of MCPs pulled by agency. In general GitHubCopilotApp settings I cannot see them and or disable them.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how project-specific skills, agents, and MCPs are discovered and exposed in the app, then review the project and global settings flows. Done means users can view and disable these items for an individual project without affecting unrelated projects.
