I would like to have a quick way to start a new session in an existing worktree for a project. I get that I could add the worktree folder and have sessions there but I find that cumbersome. When starting a session, I should just be able to select the existing worktree if the project has many and have the session running there.

Research direction

Start by tracing the desktop app's session-start flow and how existing Git worktrees are represented. Confirm where a user would select among a project's worktrees and define the completed behavior as starting a new session directly in the selected worktree. The issue names no files or tests, so repository exploration is required.
