Feature Request: Multi-Project Workspace Support

I'd love to see a workspace feature in GitHub Copilot App similar to VS Code's multi-root workspace.

It would be great if users could add multiple projects from different local paths into a single workspace and allow Copilot to understand the entire codebase across repositories. This would make it much easier to work on microservices, shared libraries, and related projects that need coordinated changes.

Right now, I often need Copilot to understand and modify code across several repositories at the same time, but managing context across separate projects can be difficult.

A workspace-level context would be a huge productivity boost.

Thanks for the great product!

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how the GitHub Copilot App currently handles projects and compare the requested behavior with VS Code multi-root workspaces. Done would mean users can add projects from different local paths and Copilot can use their combined codebase context.
