Description

**Mood:** 😔
**Category:** Bugs

In the terminal, say when viewing `git diff` with a pager, the arrow keys if pressed down will repeat and will keep going. But if you use vim key bindings like `j/k` then those don't repeat. so you have to hit j/k, release, then hit again, and like that to actually scroll.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the behavior in the terminal while viewing `git diff` with a pager on macOS. Compare repeated arrow-key scrolling with the `j/k` Vim bindings; done means the Vim bindings repeat while held or pressed repeatedly in the same way as the arrow keys.
