ReScript .res disambiguation

## Describe the bug
if you search by language ReScript (`.res`) you'll find a bunch of files which are not actually ReScript.
I think most of them are text resource files & binary resource files.

### Expected behaviour
disambiguate ReScript and other `.res` files (mostly binary and text resource files).

### Additional notes
I'd like to work on this if there are similar examples available in the repo or via guidance.
