https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gitcoin/#information are all licensed AGLv3-only, whereas
most anything in https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/search?q=or+later&type= is licensed AGPLv3-or-later.
The license can be changed (to AGPLv3+) in
