the option 'Open' still contain bounties expired and bounties already started
**To Reproduce**
select 'mainnet, open' sortby recent. It will occur.
**Expected behavior**
it should contain only available and not expired bounties

**Additional context**
I believe that occurs because of the wrong behaviour of '/api/v0.1/bounties/slim/'. I can't find the implement of this repo though. It should be a easy bug fix.
