Notifications Are Not Redirecting To The Right Place Or Message

When you click on your notifications, you are not redirected to the notification that you are looking at.
Let's say you drop a comment on someone profile, then he gave you a reply, you get a notification, then you click on that notification, but then you get a blank screen.

This is pretty important for us since we are dropping a comment on each grant owner if we need to request more information to approve his grant.

**To Reproduce**

1- Drop a comment on someone profile
2- Wait to receive a reply
3- Click on the notification from the reply
4- You get a blank screen

**Expected behavior**

The expected behavior is to be able to find the comment from the notification.
