fix kudos ownership address not being persistent

### Description
We had changed the address to 0xFe11939b66e2d9EB4afAfaFc9A7e7eE5ea8624b5 for a user's 8 kudos (username: jiten-gupta). I checked the address before sent a reply to the user. It went all good. But I received another email today saying address is again back to 0x6239FF1040E412491557a7a02b2CBcC5aE85dc8F
Is there any reason for this or it is a bug?
The user is also claiming that he is losing 0.0084 ETH because of this address issue. He wanted us to pay him back.
