Bounty not created after rejecting "promote fee" TX

Description
I've created a bounty with a "promote fee"
I did the token transfer fee but rejected the ETH promote fee
Now i'm unable to complete the bounty registration, if I press "fund bounty" it asks me to pay the token fee again
