**Describe the bug**
Website bug: At https://gitcoin.co/issue/fulfill?pk=26624&network=mainnet, I get the error "Enter a valid FIL" address when trying to submit work.
**To Reproduce**
Go to https://gitcoin.co/issue/filecoin-project/devgrants/326/100026624, and submit the work. Type a valid FIL address, and submit the form.
**Expected behavior**
A valid FIL address should be accepted.
