Description

**Describe the bug**
I'm trying to create a Featured bounty of 1 ETH. After a successful tx (2x) to pay a 10% fee, my bounty is not listed.

- [1st successful tx](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xd1faf43c49cacbf20f707072b44aad35d02a5917795f3b320163d000d9c53088)
- [2nd successful tx](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf1b6118b1259d50069c54de69143f383a46a2a7e101853d341d0d7efc81af428)

I suspect I need to sign another tx that's not coming through. I did sign a [3rd tx](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe0658c22c464d4875f85e1c4627eb948b6ff5336da04c15ae39058d7318698ab) successfully, but can't make out what it did.

**To Reproduce**

- Set up / use Gnosis Safe
- Open WalletConnect App in Gnosis Safe web app
- Connect Frame (signer Wallet) to Gnosis Safe
- Follow instructions to Connect multisig to gitcoin.co through WalletConnect
- Create bounty > Click `Fund issue`

**Expected behavior**
- I receive 2 sign tx requests and can view my bounty listed when going to `My profile` > `My bounties` > `Created by me`
- UI shows confirmation when any tx is signed
- When a 2nd tx is not signed I get a dialog to prompt the tx again
- (workaround) dapp offers a way to manually transfer fee to list a bounty

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**

- OS: Windows
- Browser: Brave
- Browser Version: V1.29.81

**Additional context**
I understand that the issue might be with the WalletConnect app on Gnosis Safe. It's one of few solutions to fund a bounty from a multisig which is ultimately what I'm looking to do. A way to manually transfer the fee to create a bounty would safe a lot of pains.
