The tweer proposed after successful contribution generates a private link.

**Describe the bug**

The link https://gitcoin.co/grants/cart/bulk-add/3169;0.003;3,65;0.003;3,:abitrolly requires login to view.

**Expected behavior**

Expected to see the page without logging in, and with proposal "Login to Match". After login the new user is presented with the same page, the text is changed to "Match [@abitrolly](https://gitcoin.co/abitrolly) funding and [choose you favs](https://gitcoin.co/grants/)".
