Add Coinbase Wallet integration to wallet connection options

### User Story
As a user who is new to crypto/defi and only has a Coinbase account, I want to be able to connect my Coinbase Wallet extension to Gitcoin inside my browser to use with all of the great products on the site.

### Description
Coinbase is one of the most used exchanges in the space. Adding compatibility to Gitcoin to work with Coinbase Wallet will allow more new users to get started right away with using our products. ### Definition of Done
- Connecting to wallet from Gitcoin has a Coinbase Wallet option
- This Coinbase Wallet works just as Metamask does across the site (Grants, Bounties, tips, etc.)
