Town Square - Please Login module will appear everytime a user clicks the message box

# User Story

* if the user is not logged in, the Please Login module will appear every time they click the message box, eventually filling up the screen
* instead of having this behavior I suggest that the module flashes a white outline around it when they click the message box more than once
* the please login module should also be clickable and send the user to the sign in page
