**Describe the bug**
"Sync Issue" call to action is unresponsive.
**To Reproduce**
1. Click "Bounty Options"
2. Try clicking "Sync Issue" in the dropdown
**Expected behavior**
The issue should sync upon clicking the "Sync Issue" call to action.
