More than 1 ETH requested in transaction fee during bounty payout

**Describe the bug**
I'm requested to pay nearly $4,000 in transaction fee after pressing the "Payout" button on a bounty.

**To Reproduce**
Go to a bounty with the amount 50 DAI, and press the "Payout" button.

**Expected behavior**
The transaction fee should be much lower.
