**Describe the bug**
I can't create a bounty for some reason when I click "Fund issue" I confirm the transaction on Metamask but got an error: saying: `Unable to create a bounty. Please try again later`.
I tried twice, the transaction on Metamask was working twice here are the tx ids:

But the bounty was not created on Gitcoin interface.
**To Reproduce**
Create a bounty then click "Fund issue"
**Expected behavior**
I should see the newly created bounty
