Cart page verification banner UX improvement

### User Story

As a "customer"/grant contributor, I want to be redirected to Trust/Verification from the `/grants/cart` page verification banner so that the banner disappears before I go through checkout.

### Why Is this Needed

*Summary*: A user expects to be able to click a banner or somehow be directed to a place where the banner can be resolved.
Having to look for the place to verify might distract a customer and lead them to leave their grants cart. Or start writing a github issue instead of contributing to gitcoin grants.

### Description

In the cart page, clicking the banner is not possible, and instead it only encourages the user to verify _after_ checkout. Users don't read banners, we just hover them for a link or a button to click.
Thus it is easy to miss the "after checkout" part, as in my case.
I was looking for a place to verify my account and did not find it in all the places I expected.
It is quite hidden, and definitely could use a redirect button, like in the banner on the front page.

### Expected Behavior
Verification banner on cart page should have a link to `/trust`

### Definition of Done
Banner on cart page has the same verify button and redirect link as the banner on the front page.

### Additional Information
Maybe make the verification more accessible and easy to find on the profile page too. Just renaming "Trust bonus" to "Verification bonus" would do the trick, since "verify" is the word a user is looking for and expecting to find, not "trust".
