the number of 'atta boy' comments on grants has gone down 90%

in GR7/GR8, we had prefilled comments that could be added to the wall of love upon checkout

but in GR9 those were removed

i am wondering why the prefill was removed, and if wed consider re-adding it? i've gotten a handful of comments from ppl saying they really appreciated teh positive feedback along with their funding.
