kudos svg => png pipeline is buggy and doenst work reliably

we use inkscape on the backend to auto convert svgs to pngs for usage in email previews or elsewhere svgs cant be used.

it doesnt work reliably, frequently creating broken previews.

@octavioamu just showed me we can create png snapshots via frontend code on https://github.com/nopslip/gitcoin-web-ql/pull/219/files

we could/should probably transpose this code into the new kudos funnel ( http://gitcoin.co/kudos/new ) so that we can guarantee good png previews of all kudos (useful for emails, twitter campaigns, etc)
