### Circumstance
When a grant owner who opens a grant, they receive no context on the rules of a CLR round, and they would like a grant onboarding experience so they know what to expect in terms of receiving funding and their match.
Additionally, during grants round 9 funders are confused when on-chain data from contributors don't show up on their grant, so they're left wondering if they actually received a contribution
