504 error on sync account to Github Org

**Describe the bug**
504 error when trying to sync Gitcoin profile to Github org

**To Reproduce**
https://gitcoin.co/settings/organizations

1) Hit Sync With Github button
2) wait

**Expected behavior**
No 504 error, profile gets connected to Github org.

**Additional context**
I'm not 100% sure what is actually supposed to happen when I click this button but I do have an Org setup on Github.
