Kudos transfer failed

I set up a Metamask wallet to redeem kudos earned through the tutorial pages, but it looks like the transfer initiated to my wallet address failed. I can see the Undead badge in my profile, but [it links to a reverted transaction](https://explorer.anyblock.tools/ethereum/poa/xdai/tx/0xe71f2330a33a65cfd7b41758b73c137576a96941d7be165537b374f31ecf9fd0), and I'm having trouble making sense of the output.

I suspect this is from redeeming the token and *then* connecting my wallet to xDai -- I've since done the latter and integrated the KDO token in my wallet but am also failing to see it or a transaction history there as well.

Would this just need to be reissued now that I've added the xDai network to my wallet? And if not, how else would I diagnose (and fix) whatever's causing the issue?
