More granularity on the API for mapping donators to Issue NFTs in 3rd party dapps

### User Story

As a developer, I want to be able to perform a join on either the api or smart contract interface for the address of the donator so that I can mint claimable tokens for those that donated to a public good in another application.

### Why Is this Needed

I would like to be able to mint tokens to those that provide resources. Ideally, this would be accessible from the smart contract.
