Need a .twig file for custom theme in Acquia that matches design styling to website and email designs.

Acquia is the system we use to send out emails. It is based on Mautic open source system. (Much documentation is mautic's)

The landing pages, forms, and emails can be built from a universal theme which must be uploaded as a .twig file.

This is just ONE twig file being designed. When asking for the design for emails, the design team insisted that they needed to make one for each email. What we need is the universal theme that will make buttons, fonts and such the correct colors. Otherwise we have to update it in each text section individually.
