**DANIEL**
"Just a friendly heads up, I didn't receive the newsletter this week.

Also, when I tried to update my preferences in a previous issue as I've been getting the newsletter to the wrong email, I was unsubscribed. And when I head to settings on Gitcoin, I get a 500 error.

No worries, just thought it'd be helpful for you to know. Thanks."

Our system looks at whatever email you have in Github. Did you change it there or were you trying to find it on our site.

I have heard that preference changes unsubscribe. Would you have time to send me a screenshot of what is selected on the preferences.

**DANIEL**
I did not change my email in Github, and I can't access settings on Gitcoin. I get a 500 error. The email issue is an old one I tried to fix with Justin. My email reads correctly on Gitcoin, I get grant updates to the correct email, but TWM is still being sent to the wrong email. And this time, I did not receive the issue.

Clicking on preferences in the newsletter footer, 'You can update your preferences or unsubscribe from this list.' does not provide a page with preferences. Instead, I'm directed to a landing page which informs that I've been successfully unsubscribed from the newsletter. Screenshot attached.

I'm using Chrome (Version 87.0.4280.141) and on macOS (V 10.14.6)

**Describe the bug**
The unsubscribe preferences link at the bottom of emails (Specifically, The Weekly Mint) doesn't show the preference center, it simply shows that they are unsubscribed.

He may have unsubscribed before, but the preference center should allow him to select options.
