There should be a way to change the bounty value and payment method arbitrarily

I founded a low-cost bounty. Its payout in ETH may cost about the same as the paid value itself. That's bad.

To workaround of this problem there should be the following feature:

Make it possible to change the bounty amount and/or the blockchain/currency/token by mutual agreement of the founder and who is founded.
