Subscribe Button on Home Page does not Work

**Describe the bug**

Clicking on the subscribe button on homepage opens a new blank tab. Either it's not working, or if it's working, a proper feedback is not given to the user.

**To Reproduce**
Go to https://gitcoin.co/, scroll down to the bottom, enter email, choose "work on bounties" and click on Subscribe.

**Expected behavior**
Some confirmation feedback "You have been subscribed!"
