I'm unable to claim the matching funds for my Filecoin Gitcoin grant here

I was able to claim the matching funds for my Ethereum community Gitcoin grant here
https://gitcoin.co/grants/1736/voskcoin-youtube-ethereum-education
The fact that I was able to claim one and not the other leads me to believe there's an issue w/ the particular Filecoin grant as opposed to my system/browser etc.
Please assist as we want to begin working on our Filecoin grant work!
