CLR match not received from closed grant round

**Describe the bug**

CLR match of about 300 DAI was not received from the November Matic matching round. This may be related to issue #8081.

**To Reproduce**

Grant was in "Matic" category. Matic grant round closed on Dec. 6. Per suggestion from Gitcoin team, I requested this same grant to change to a different category, so my grant was moved to the "APOLLO" category on Dec. 15 (see issue #8081). However, I have not received 300+ DAI that was earned through the Matic grant round.

**Expected behavior**

DAI earned in Matic grant round should be received.

@thesachinmittal @thelostone-mc My grant team is trying to recover the lost CLR match from the Matic round after switching our grant to a different category. Could you help?
