Strange ETH => DAI showing up

**Describe the bug**
During payment to a grant, I paid multiples of 10 of ETH. However, the ratio to DAI was constantly changing

**To Reproduce**

1. Find a grant, any will do.
2. Go to pay for it, and enter your cart.
3. Change value and 'predicted?' DAI will change.

**Expected behavior**
Expected ratio to stay the same

- (also tested on Windows 10, same issue)
