DIscrepancies in the amount of the bounty when funding an issue

**Describe the bug**

I was trying to fund an issue with wbtc and I say a discrepancy in the USD amount, basically, it is saying that 1 WBTC is worth 10323 but at the time of writing, it is worth 19.3K. I made another test with UNI and it's saying that 1000 UNI is worth 3905 but at the time of writing it would be worth 3340. I checked the prices and apparently, it looks like the prices haven't been updated since 1st October. See here:

**To Reproduce**

Try to fund a random issue and try setting 1 WBTC or 1 UNI as the bounty amount and you will see that the amount in USD is not correct

Correct USD prices
