**Describe the bug**
The upcoming section in this page: https://gitcoin.co/hackathon-list/ is empty. It should at least say that there isn't any upcoming hackathon instead of showing nothing. See here:

Go to this page: https://gitcoin.co/hackathon-list/ and click in the upcoming tab
**Expected behavior**
The tab should not be blank
