Selecting and submitting answers in Gitcoin Quest quizzes too quickly causes incorrect failure

Description
This is a common problem that has caused me to pause awkwardly during all Gitcoin quests that I embark on.
OS screenshot above, using the Brave browser, shields up or down the issue persists. It does not always happen, as you can see in this video the first 3 answers are selected quickly, and yet when the 4th answer is selected quickly I am incorrectly failed. https://twitter.com/VoskCoin/status/1336124372990431237
