Standard Checkout grant tx won't show up in Activity board

Hi,

I already documented my findings in this [tweet](https://twitter.com/gitpusha/status/1335901703858769920?s=20) thread.

I just funded the [ethers.js](https://gitcoin.co/grants/13/ethersjs-complete-simple-and-tiny) grant via Standard Checkout.

My [tx](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x99e1325821c5cfb1002fcd04dd9c8ae1ec09be3a8cbccc79811c165a7c1114da) got mined pretty quickly.

However, afterwards my donation didnt show up on [my](https://gitcoin.co/gitpusha), nor on ethers grant [activity board](https://gitcoin.co/grants/13/ethersjs-complete-simple-and-tiny).

It first showed up in ethers as pending for a very long time even after it was mined:

Now it's not pending any more but still doesnt show in the Activity board.
