Add My Grants button + add grant donations to notifications.

Description
It always feels slightly clunky getting to my grant so I can like/comment on those who have donated, out of habit I'd expect there to be a notification "X has donated" I can click to take me there. My 2nd thought would be there would be a button near My Profile at the top right, on the list like under My Profile or something.
So uh, I guess that's my feature request.
