Correct answer not accepted, intermittent

**Describe the bug**
Started Quest https://gitcoin.co/quests/6/ethereum-whitepaper-101, skipped intro and after the first question was asked, answered correctly immediately but was told wrong answer.

This has happened to me on many quests. I know the answers are correct because I have previously answered and those answers have been accepted as correct.

It could be that I am answering too quickly.

**To Reproduce**
I am unable to consistently reproduce the issue, but I do notice it when I rush through the skip intro where there is sometimes a ui conflict between the skip confirmation alert and the continue button.

**Expected behavior**
Expect correct answer to be accepted.
