Bounty Preview Link on Town Square opens a blank browser window/tab

**Describe the bug**
Town Square: click on the Bounty Preview opens a new empty browser tab.

**To Reproduce**
Go to **Town Square**, navigate to a **Bounty** announcement. Click the preview area.

**Expected behavior**
Click opens bounty link in a new browser window/tab.
