Quests sometimes marks right answers as wrong

**Describe the bug**
Sometimes in quests, it marks you as wrong even if you give the right answer.

**To Reproduce**
This seems to happen randomly (on any quest). I haven't yet figured out what causes it to happen (because if I did, I probably be posting this issue). To test this, I created my own quest, and sure enough, there were times were it marks me as wrong for clearly correct answers. The quest I made is here: https://gitcoin.co/quests/387/testing-quests

**Expected behavior**
Correct answers should be marked as correct.
