As a Gitcoin User, I want to upload all my data in Ceramic, so that I can participate in Ceramic ecosystem + take my Gitcoin profile with me.

### Current Behavior
[comment]: # (Describe what actually happened.)
- 3box upload on the settings page

### Expected Behavior
[comment]: # (Describe what you expected to happen.)
- remove the 3box upload from the settings page
- new ceramic integration (which we need to design/architect still)
- some ideas:
1. would like to upload as much user info to ceramic as users can consent to, and make them eventually consistent
2. add to trustbonus tab, so that the user gets a trustbonus for integrating in cereamic
3. need to have an architecture call

### Definition of Done
[comment]: # (Any other information that would be useful, bullets are helpful.)
TBD - need to spec it

### Data Requirements
[comment]: # (How will we measure the success of this feature? What kind of tracking is needed for this feature (clicks, impressions, flag)?)
- how many users have uploaded their data to 3box? to ceramic? over time

### Additional Information
[comment]: # (Any other information that would be useful, content, screenshots, etc.)
