How can we notify participants about hackathon results?

There should be a way to notify participants about the results of the hackathon. Right now we have a weak system, we don't send any emails telling participants the results and I haven't seen anyone sending email to hackathon winners and afaik they need to get in touch with the sponsors to know the results.

This is not ideal, we should either have a dashboard with the results of the hackathon or notify the participants with the link to the spreadsheet or some doc stating the winners with the relative prizes. I feel like in the long-term we should have a dedicated page for each hackathon to show the winners, this is basic stuff that other platforms already have.
