As a User I would like the main townsquare to format properly on a split screen display for windows 10

Description
**Describe the bug**
The main townsquare displays poorly when not on a full screen desk top. Specifically when split screen like the attached screen shot
**To Reproduce**
Check on display smaller than desktop, perhaps tablets do this as well.
**Expected behavior**
Log onto the main site. The stuff that is normally on the left shows up, then you must scroll to find the normal feeds.
