### 1. Developer <> Developer interaction

**Current status**

-> Event-specific interaction like hackathons - it happens on discord quickly. (from my experience)
-> Irrespective of events - interaction can take place through gitcoin DMs. (Either through user directory, project directory, townsquare posts)

### 2. Developer <> Organisation Interaction

**Current status**

-> No organization would like to open different channels of interaction. So, how does tribe chat even help, its extra management on both sides.

Feature req -

1. I'd like to propose an overview section for the developer on a specific organization + discord widget of particular org.
2. Onboarding permissionless bounties on every tribe page. (For eg. [Arweave](https://gitcoin.co/issue/ArweaveTeam/Bounties/1/3184))
