Error trying to submit donations using MS Edge browser (with MM)

Description
**Describe the bug**
Using MS Edge latest version of browser, I get the attached errors. I cannot submit a donation using the ZK or standard options. Have tried several times and cannot connect to MM/ Web3.
**To Reproduce**
go to cart and click on pay with ZK or standard buttons
**Expected behavior**
to pay using DAI
