Gas fee taken but failed to fund

**Describe the bug**
I tried to fund a bounty but the funding failed while the gas fee was still taken.

**To Reproduce**
I lowered the bounty fee and tried to fund it gain and it did it again. Took two gas fees and no bounty fund.

**Expected behavior**
I would have expected it to charge me the bounty amount in addition to gas fee.

**Screenshots**
It showed a banner at the top that said it failed to fund and to try later.
