As a grants contributor, I want to showcase my contributions on social media

### Why Is this Needed

*Summary*: We've seen in past rounds people were posting their cart screenshots or grants profile screenshots to show their grant contributions on Twitter. However, these screenshots don't look very exciting and we can make it more appealing! Would hopefully increase the buzz around the Grants round too.

No feature to showcase my grants contributions, only through screenshots.

Build a feature inside profile (grants tab) for people to showcase their contributions:
• Upon clicking, an image like below will be auto-generated:

• Image will show:
a. user's profile picture and username
b. top 5 grants they donated on *this round*, sorted by amount donated. grant logos should be cropped to square with white outlines. if the logo is transparent, add a white background
c. "+X projects" if they donated more than 5 grants
d. Gitcoin logo

• User should be able to download or tweet the image generated
