Description
The purpose of this ticket is to begin to define a metric called "HackerScore" on gitcoin, a programmatic measurement of quality for hackers.
We will follow the SybilRank pattern of:
1. give each user a hackerrank that is indexed and quantifiable
2. add a description to each users admin explaining how a hacker score was calculated
Without further adeau, hacker score will be the following:
1. Do they have strong activity on GitHub / significant (>10 bounties) activity on Gitcoin?
2. Are they part of a team or individual hackers?
3. Profile metadata - Did they state, in the intro survey, that they are beginners, intermediate, or advanced users? Have they filled out their oboarding info?
4. Have they submitted work before? If so what star rating have they received?
5. Activity Score - How often do they come back tot he site? Have they participated in previous hackathons successfully? Do they use other features like tips and kudos? Are they actively participating in workshops and events?
HackerScore will replace the current 'ContributorRank' algorithm.
