Avatar is not updating after I've changed avatar at Github

**Describe the bug**
Avatar is not updating after I've changed avatar at Github. I've updated avatar a while ago on Github and I can't see there latest one, i.e.

User profile
https://gitcoin.co/yangwao <-> https://github.com/yangwao

Project
https://gitcoin.co/issue/vue-polkadot/apps/82/4509 <-> https://github.com/vue-polkadot/

**To Reproduce**
Change Github avatar, wait a while, change your avatar at gitcoin.

**Expected behavior**
The same avatar as on Github, recognition and identity is sometimes important 😇
